Event Production Crew
SPARK Creative Events is looking for dependable, motivated people to join our production team and help bring events to life throughout Santa Barbara and the Central Coast. If you’re a hands-on problem solver who enjoys working as part of a team, learning new skills, and seeing the results of your work come together at incredible events, we’d love to hear from you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Set up and break down lighting, drapery, audio/video equipment, décor and power distribution
• Load, unload and safely handle production equipment
• Work collaboratively with our production team and event vendors
• Learn the technical aspects of our equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot and solve problems onsite
• Help deliver professional, polished events for our clients
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Dependable, proactive and self-motivated
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable with a physically demanding, hands-on role and heavy lifting
• Professional and team-oriented
• Available for a rotating event schedule, including nights and weekends
• Willing to learn and grow
